I have had a 4 1/2 foot Great Plains Rat Snake that I caught in my back yard in a 40 gallon long tank for the last 6 months. Today I caught a 3 foot one and was wondering if I could house them together or would the large one try and eat the smaller one? I've heard you could but I want to make sure before I try anything. Please let me know ASAP because I hate to leave the little one in the cage I have it in tell Friday because i wont be home at all tomarrow.
Thank You,
Shannon
BTW, the 4 1/2 foot one is REALLY LIGHT in color but the little one is REALLY dark. Why? will it get lighter with age?
