The few emory's I know of in Missouri were seen in the extreme south, and the western half of the state - they're probably about as common where you are as anywhere in the state, which isn't saying much. The Harter's at Snake's Alive in Ozark (near Springfield) probably know of anything found in their area.
Get Tom Johnson's book, "The Amphibians and Reptiles of Missouri" - it includes range maps of each animal and is a great book. He shows the range as extending north of the Missouri River, but they're either very rare or in habitat which is difficult to collect (at least, I'm not able to find any).
