I am not sure why there would be fleas? what was the source? Some research labs euthanize rodents with ether, which may smell like alcohol to some people. However I wouldnt expect to see fleas on laboratory specimens. Contact the supplier and ask these questions.

What if any harm may come to the snake if I feed him these? and lastly, the rats had megga fleas right along with them. Does anyone see a problem with flea infested rats transmitting disease to the snakes?
