"Siberian" rat snake?

I was at the library yesterday and was looking through a book on rat snakes. They had a picture of one they referred to as a siberian rat snake. Sort of looked like a tiger (chicken) rat snake, but the scientific name was different. Anyone ever heard of this species? Sorry, I don't remember the scientific name.
