How do you like that snake, common name is "horeshoe" snake. I caught one of these while working in Spain, flipped a board and there it was. It was a juvi, maybe 15" but pretty docile and only bit me once in defense. How are your captive ones and is that considered a rat snake or a racer of sorts.
