Thank you for the nice thoughts. The hohenackeri female also reabsorbed the eggs. She was thick as a viper and went into shedding, but she just got thiner and started eating again. Next year they will be hibernated long and cold hoping for better success.
My dione didn`t jump a year between the eggs. I think it depends on their condition. Just feed them a lot in Autum. Maybe there are strains that jumps every other year. I don`t know
