Thinking of getting Leucistic Ratsnake...please read/advise

I have a Ball Python and a White Lipped Python, I would be getting a baby LRS for $60.
i was wondering if they are cool pets? I notice most are very snappy as youngsters, do they tame down nicely? Whats the min and max they can get as far as size? Any info would be appreciated.
