Red-Tailed Green Ratsnakes?

A few years ago I saw these at a zoo, and I've seen them (once) for sale. They are arboreal, green with dark red tail and somewhat nasty temperments. I believe they are from SE Asia.

Does anyone have any info on these? Breeders? Anything?
