My male rat snake has not fed in a bout a month. I determined that he just reached his sexual maturity, and that is the reason for him not eating. He just shed again two days ago (not a clean shed - first time that happened). How much longer should I let him go without feeding him? He drinks and defecates what he can. I've raised him in defrosted mice his entire life. Should I try a live mouse (would GREATLY prefer not to have to feed him live mice)? Please respond with any suggestions! Thanks!
