You can breed/produce/sell albino or other morph bullsnakes. Illinois is also real sticky with hognoses I'm told. Rick Cunningham (Cunningham's Elaphe) is in Illinois and knows quite a bit on the laws and regulations. You could shoot him an e-mail and I'm sure he'll fill you in on legal and illegal.
