A friend of mine who half way houses the adoption animals for our herp society emailed me a few weeks ago, not knowing what to do or how to keep this beauty snake, so I gave her all the info she needed, and the promice that as soon as I saw it at the upcoming meeting, i'd probably end up bringing it home. ;) Well, i did, after a blood battle with a couple other members who wanted it. I still won, because i'm cool and stuff. ;) Anyway, check this guy out! I may just think so because I haven't seen that many nice blue beauty snakes in person, but wow! These pictures really don't show his color well enough at all. The yellow is truely flourecent, and lots of it! And his neck is the most gorgeous subtle shade of purpley slate grey/blue with all sorts of undertones. He is pretty thin though. He has no muscle tone or weight to him at all, but the girl who was halfway housing him said he eats powerfully, so beefing him up shouldn't be a problem. He's also pretty bitey, but he calms down just fine after being out for a bit. Anyhow, lemme know what you think(even though these pics suck).
