Trans Pecos Ratsnakes

I am interested in acquiring some Trans Pecos Ratsnakes but I have never had them before. Should they be kept as Corn Snakes are kept? Are there any difficulties or anything that I should be aware of? And of course...should there be a water bowl in the cage 24/7 or one day per week?
