First, Tom is right, the snake will probably travel along the wall. She will probably travel at night so I like to leave patches of smoothed flour to show signs of snake tracks. She will look for a warm spot to curl up. She can tuck into a very small spot so don't be shocked if you overlook her. I wouldn't expect her to travel fast so, at this point, I'd confine my search to the rooom with her cage. A small container with live pinkies can entice her to visit if she hasn't eaten lately. Bathrooms are warm and moist so that is also a spot to check. Finally, don't get discourages too quickly. I've found juvenile snakes in good condition up to 6 weeks after an escape.
