Anyone heard of a pastel rat snake?

A local pet store has a snake they are calling a pastel rat snake for sale.I have never heard of these.This snake is BLACK with hints of orange or yellow, so I do not know where the term pastel comes from.It looks like some kind of cross(black rat x texas rat?)?Any one heard of these?
