How come questions are never as simple as they seem? First, if you mean North American Rat Snakes, the only ones that are greenish are a actually Yellow Rat Snake that are yellow/green when they mature. Dwight Good has some on his site. Hre's the URL to the exact page. http://www.kingsnake.com/obsoleta/surplus.htm.
Next, if you are thinking about Rat Snakes in the broader sense of all Elaphe, then you have a few more options. I've got a pair of Japaese rat Snakes that i love (E. Climacophora). They are a very pretty green with blue tints. They are very docile and are similar in size to Corn Snakes. You can view an excelent picture at this URL. http://www.ratsnakes.com/Eclimacophora.html
That pic is on Sacha Korell's site which has an excellent selection of pictures of most Elaphe. There are also several other green species like E. Prasina. I'm not sure of anyone that has some left.
Have fun searching.
