:Senticolis triaspis is what I meant.... sorry for the confusion
Just for further clarification, there are 3 subspecies of "Green Rat Snake" - S. triaspis triaspis, S. t. intermedia, and S. t. mutabilis. Only intermedia is truly green. I am currently working with mutabilis from Honduras. Intermedia tend to be shy snakes that need lots of cover. They are somewhat more difficult to keep and breed than most North American ratsnakes but it's been done repeatedly. Mutabilis are generally a red brown in coloration rather than green and are much less shy than intermedia -- which is really to say they can be downright ornery. They are also like springs, flying out of the cage the moment it's opened. But I'm enjoying working with them (despite the teeth marks on my hands :-)
