Gonyosoma housing question (terrestrial or arboreal)

I'm getting in a group of Gonysoma and have some questions regarding their housing.

I have one female I've kept in a couple of different cages. To make a long story short, she rarely climbs and seems to use lateral space more than vertical space.

I have some large plastic boxes that I'm going to set up for quarantine cages and can't decide whether to set them up vertically or with more terrestrial space.

I assume my female is just unique, but I'd like to hear everyone's input and experience.
