I was wondering if any one of you have ever seen a leucistic black ratsnake [that could be considered a contradiction... ^^]. I've seen a couple of websites that sell them; and on one of them they also have leucistic texas rats too; so it doesn't seem like it could be a misidentification.
I'm interested in this because if there are leucistic black rats; then I'm hoping that they wouldn't have the "bug-eyed" defect that the texans have. Does anyone know anything about these snakes; if they do have the bug-eyed defect; and most importantly; if they even exist? I've been able to find out absolutely nothing about these snakes online and I would greatly appreciate your help.
If you have any info on this and would like to directly contact me; feel free to email me at ShinigamiZERO@aol.com.
[Note: Please forgive the fact that a few keys on my keyboard have recently broken...one of them is the normal comma key.]
