That's the feel I was getting from the folks on the Field Collecting forum as well. I know how it is--once you've seen enough of a certain species, you just "know" what they look like. Since this is the (apparent) first lindheimeri I've encountered, I was confused by the appearance of what were supposed to be definitive characteristics of both species being present on this individual.
Anyhoo, it looks like I'll have TWO species (E.o.lindheimeri and E.[g]emoryi) for my Texas page.
