That would likely make it a corn snake morph of some sort (that is certainly the most "common" rat snake in the pet trade). If not, then there are several subspecies of Common Rat Snake (less common in the pet trade - all of which look pretty different from each other), not to mention many of the Asian Rat Snakes which are becoming more "common" in the pet trade.
