Question for you guys, I know nothing about ratsnakes

A friend of mine just hatched out some baby ratsnakes. They are nothing special just the traditional petstore ratsnake. I am assuming there is a generic version I am not sure I'm a boa guy. Anyway one of the babies came out grey and white..would this be consdiered a ghost? hypo? amelanistic? .. he wants to know what he should price it @ ... what is the going rate for something like this? I will try to get some pics this weekend.
