Dear Forum,

I have a wild caught black rat. He will eat F/T mice for about 3 or 4 feedings in a row, then without warning he'll refuse to eat them. I then have to do a couple of feedings with live mice to get him "juiced up" again. After that, he'll take F/T again for the next few times, then the cycle repeats. I find this annoying myself, and probably enough to make me not want to keep this individual. Do you think he'll ever get out of it?
