Albino yellow rat question

I was wondering if anyone has seen the albino yellow rats for sale in the classifieds right now. The seller says they come from a bloodline being bred in Germany. Is anyone familiar with the origins of this bloodline? I thought that all albinos came from a WC specimen found by Lloyd Lemke near Tampa? (I may be very wrong about this). I aquired both of mine as yearlings and never saw them as hatchlings. Do these yellows look much different than the bloodlines that are being bred in this country?
