At this point, I'd not be worrying. He could be just going into another shedding cycle. Wait a few more days to see if the eyes turn blue. They often go through periods of fasting. If it keeps up for more that two or three weeks without going blue, then you may begin to be a bit concerned. Just be sure that he has access to water, and that the humidity is adeqaute to facilitate easy shedding.
Hatchlings fed weekly generally will shed about every five to seven weeks. Periods between shedding will lengthen as the snake gets bigger. On a feeding schedule such as yours, the growth-rate is faster than for a baby being fed only weekly, so the sheddings should be correspondingly more frequent. After shedding, the new skin only retains growability for about a week or so. Then it gets tougher, and cannot continue to accomodate baby's growth. When baby feels pinched by his skin, he quits eating, and waits until he sheds before pigging out again. He may not yet be showing blue, but I'll bet he does so very soon.
If he's been consistently taking two thawed pinkies for some time now, it may be time to think about moving him up to one small fuzzy. After he sheds, offer him his usual meal the first time, then try offering one very small fuzzy (I call them "velvets", some people call them "peach fuzzies") for the second meal. Once he's reached the stage of taking two velvets at a meal for eight or nine weeks, you can move him up to larger fuzzies.
