Albino grey rats?

Just saw an add in classifieds for albino grey rats saying they are the first ever.
A local pet shop here had some at least 5 years ago that were bred by a fellow in florida,and delivered in person to the manager of the pet shop who was heavily into herps.
Has anyone else ever seen or heard of albino grey rats? Just curios.
