I have a pair of striped captive hatched babies coming next week. I will post pictures if I have my camera back by then. I know what you mean about stripes being male though. I also responded to just about every ad posted in the last two weeks advertising normal captive bred adults for sale asking for large females and I haven't heard back from one dealer, not even out of common courtesy.
: Has any one ever seen the high white, aka striped and/or speckled Spilotes females? Every one I've ever seen or seen advertised has been male.
