I agree with Ruggero - you could breed at 18mths but it's not always good for the snakes as he explained. Don't think it affects ultimate adult size but in my opinion it can affect ultimate life span and also the quality of the babies you produce. Why rush it and risk losing your female?
I've just put my latest pair of taiwans together and the female is 3yrs old and nine feet long. I'm therefore confident of having no problems.
I'd also concur with Ruggero that the female snake in your pics doesn't look like a fresei - and therefore any eggs you produce are potentially not pure Taiwans anyway...
