Elaphe Flavolieata?

A friend of mine just picked up a rat snake that he says is an Elaphe Flavolieata. I can't seem to locate any information about this particular elaphe and was hoping some of you might know more about it. What is it's common name? He described what it looked like but it didn't sound like anything I have ever seen. I won't be able to see it for a couple of weeks when I go visit him.
