I'd be willing to bet that it is a leucistic black rat snake. In Ohio an adult was captured several years ago. Black rats have a wide range of color and pattern variations. Although yours has some pattern, maybe it will begin to turn pure white after a few sheds. At any rate, it's a cool find and should make for some interesting captive breeding projects.
