It would depend on the species - the Taiwans do grow fast.

Looking at the records for my big female (I've recently bought another from a breeder, who's the same age but obviously hasn't been fed as often) & that's the rate she grew at - at 12mths old she was approximately 55" long. As I said previously, at one point she was growing about 5 inches a month !

She's slowed down a bit length wise now, but she's putting on a lot of bulk now
