What is a few months?..

I believe that there are 18 month old 6 footers. A growth rate of 3.5 times over its hatchling size in 12 months would be outstanding for a ratsnake. To achieve that in less than that is nothing short of incredible.

A typo error or a snake on steroids, perhaps? I'd like to give him the benefit of doubt but this is a bit difficult. Your thoughts?

: It would depend on what he meant by 'a few months time'. I've got an 18mth old female who is approximately 6ft in size. She once put on 5 inches in one month, so it's not beyond the realms of possibility.
