If the snake is seamingly healthy you might consider getting acidolphilus at a health food store. It will be in the refridgerated section. Get a kind with no vitamin enrichment. You can either open a capsule in their water bowl or sprinkle it on their food. Also give it to your long term captives, as it will strengthen their immune systems. I've used it on a lot of hatchlings that were having trouble keeping a meal down. Hope this helps.
