You bet, but it is every bit as important to make sure the meals aren't too large or too frequent. However introducing probiotics will offer some latitude and it will help a snake recover from a regurgitation faster. The good bacteria will help displace pathogens. Now if pathogens already have a stronghold on your animals you really need to take it to a vet, but it sounds like your corn snake is a good candidate for acidopholis.
Give it to all of your snakes. As far as amount I haven't noticed any problems with too much. I've actually given a whole capsule to a hatchling ratsnake before, just more of it gets wasted. I wouldn't leave the water more than 3 days. You might let a snake go a couple of days without water and then introduce water with acidopholis and that way they will get a whole bunch at once while its fresh.
I first learned about using acidopholis from a woman who used it on farm animals to treat pseudomonus. At that time I had more than 100 snakes in my small spare bedroom and many of them already had pseudomonus themselves. If you are not familiar with pseudomonus, in snakes it can look like a real bad respiratory infection, and I lost some snakes to it in the early days. To treat it you need to give 2 injections a day of baytril for about 2 weeks if I remember correctly. Anyway I put acidopholis in every water bowl, and in a week pseudomonus was completely wiped out.
Keep in mind, corn snakes tend to do better on small meals. I have a 4'+ male that can easily eat a jumbo mouse, yet he can't hold it down. He does fine on smaller meals.
Hope this gives you something to work with.
Alan
