It's not uncommon for healthy, fertile eggs to be dimpled or slightly caved in. I haven't seen a highly caved in egg hatch before, but who knows. I treat all eggs as if they are fertile until they are obviously rotten (stinky and black). Eggs that start to look "iffy" I keep in cups by themselves.
