a question about eggs

Now kep in mind that I have never incubated or hatched any kind of egg before, much less, turtle eggs. That being said; if there is any amount of cave in on the egg at all, does this mean the embrio is dead and will not hatch? I have three eggs that I tried to rescue from under water. Two of them have caved in and shrivelled really badly. I know these are gone, but the other is only slightly caved in. Should I continue to incubate it?
