Corn Snake Permits?

I understand the NJ laws pertaining to non-albino corn snakes and was curious if anyone knows if there is a way to obtain a permit for special purposes (ie. for use in education by public school science teachers). I wanted to buy one from a reputable breeder outside of NJ (with documetation of its non-nj origin) but they will not sell it without me having proper permits nor do I want to buy it and be made to feel like a criminal since it is illegal. please let me know if there is such a thing as a special permit for these snakes...or should I move out of NJ..lol
