That was some good information, Ed. I have never seen any information like that on supplements, I'm surprised there hasn't been a breakdown of what to look for in supplements publish more often on the Web. But I think I'll stick with crickets, not only are our crickets fed fresh vegetables and fruits for up to two weeks before we use them, I still have a hard time believing that a food item that is more than 90 percent water has more digestible material?
