People have kept them together, and they've died. It seems you didn't read Double J's link...Anyway, dwarf frogs require temps of 75-85F, and Chinese fire-bellied require temps under 70F. Also, amphibians from different countries usually don't do well together due to the spread of foreign pathogens (dwarf frogs are from Africa, Chinese fire-bellieds obviously from China).
