I'm back, just finished supper.
First, yes I do still handle her, really she's very gentle. Secondly, yes again, she releases immediately and searches for the food (and grabs me again if I'm not quick enough to give it to her)! It is a bit like hand-feeding a little puppy.
I live in a suburb of Vancouver, Coquitlam and at this moment it is 5:35PM.
I've just thawed out some trout to feed all the water snakes I have downstairs so I'll be a little while.
I'll check in shortly ...
