I do not think these suggestions suck. I feel that they are among the most productive things that have come out of these posts. I was trying to help and make suggestions. Please do not take my comments as discouraging. These "principles" and problems are not new. They are exactly the same thing our state dealt with in drafting the regulations. I am speaking from some experience about issues that will have to be addressed for your work to be widely accepted.
