"No animals, including fowls, shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot at any time except that not more than 2 common household pets (which are not used, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose) may be kept. No exotic animals or farm animals as pets will be allowed. The includes rabbits, chickens, pigs, ducks, monkeys, snakes, and alligators."
