We own a mobile home, but our lot is rented. The property recently was purchased by a new owner. My question is, can they force me to sign a new contract which specifically forbids the ownership of snakes on the property? We have lived at the same place for 7 years with no restrictions of (exotic) animals. Also does anybody have a definition of what animals are household and what is exotic? We have a dog, four snakes, two hamsters, and a lot of tropical fish. Any help is greatly appreciated! Willy
