sounds like a good diagnosis. You might try as a last resort soaking her overnight in water jsut deep enough to reach her vent. By your description it sounds as though the snake has already suffered some kind of bursting of the intestinal lining due to being backed up. If it still looks bad do the right thing and put her in the freezer.
