!!!!My Snake Is Dying As I Write This...Need Help FAST!!!!!!

I came home tonight to find my adult female bloated from the middle of her body to the tail. It is discolored in that area, and extremely soft. She stinks like she is rotting. It is a very strong smell coming from the cloaca. She is not moving the rear half of her body.
My guess id intesinal blockage. It is of coarse too late...or is it? What do I do guys? I know she won't be alive in the morning.

Anyone have any ideas? Please help.
