Too Hot or Too Cold, meal is too big.
It isn't likely it's too hot. In a weeks time, an overly warm indigo would have either puked or completely digested a meal.
Too chilled could be the problem. Is there an appropriate heat gradiant for the male?
It could also be the meals are just too big for the snake to digest. This is pretty easily dealt with.
Other than that, the snake could be sick. If it has some sort of infection or parasite, you'll want to get it healthy or it might get your female sick too. Talk to your vet.
