It COULD be a large racer.
or it COULD be an escaped pet indigo (many have white on chin and no red, I have a female like that) or...
it could be an escaped pet forest cobra or some other elapid.

be safe.

post a pic if you can, but, as ALWAYS...treat it as if it's highly venomous until you are SURE it's not !!
