In Reply to: Hey Fred A. - have you seen the new "Aztec Reptiles" on KS? You have your posted by reputation to protect! /np on June 27, 2002 at 14:47:03:

: : After over six months of lurking on this Forum and trying to put together a plan to get my hands on one of these creatures, my first Eastern Indigo arrived yesterday. Thanks to all of you for the information you make available on this Forum. But thanks most of all to Fred Albury of Aztec Reptiles. You wouldn't believe this male I bought from Fred! Although the photo Fred posted recently of "BMW" shows a beautiful snake--the picture just doesn't do him justice. Hope it doesn't sound like bragging, because all I did was BUY him, but he's GORGEOUS!!! And he ate within 24 hours of his arrival!

: : I'm sure you'll be hearing from me more (with photos), but I had to take this opportunity now to tell you all what a great experience I had with Fred of Aztec since he posts here so often. It's so nice when someone actually does what they say they're going to do--he even shipped on the exact day he said he would!

And that is not either myelf or Ed Arana, my good friend. I have allready cxontacted the webmaster and the people that own the business, neither seems inclined to take the site off of kingsnake. Ironically enough, my site is built and pretty much ready to load on a server. Life is funny, you busy your arse to TRY and get a good reputation, maybe not be anywhere near the biggest or most well known breedrs, but perhaps one of the more honest ones, and people come and steal your fire. I dont know anything about their business in truth, other than the fact that they are based in Enlgand and not the U.S.A. I DO knw that people have been going to their site and emailing me becuase they were confused about WHERE AZTEC REPTILES was located. So, I look at that as a a bad thing. This ENTIREw subject has been discussed ad nauseum on the Python forum, where I asked the question "What should I do in this situation?" Some very constructive posts were put up and I am thinking about the content of them. A few very non constructive posts were entered, not non constructive because I dont agree with them, but just pretty much negative and devaluateing of the hard work and effort I have put into this for the past 6 years. Those were followed by people either supporting me, or people stateing their opinions agaisnt the original negative poster. Not good.
So I will sum it up easily for all of you here, Drymarchon people are very, very intelligent, so this wont be hard>

Association Principle:

AZTEC REPTILES =SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA=U.S.A.
The same business you may have came to associate with captive bred, quality snakes, not imports,no I.B.D., minus mites, and feeding.

Anything else is not my business but someone elses.

Thanks all,

Fred
(Aztec Reptiles)
