: My oldest and largest male is at about 20 years as of the time of this writing. I have paperwork from when I purchased him , and before that he resided as an adult in a pet store for about 6 years. That pet shop closed its doors in 1988.

But he still ACTS like he wants to breed, rattling the cage doors and falling BACKWARDS in his feeble attempts to get out and find a lady friend. Old dogs and new tricks?
