while she was in your custody. I was just emailing to Inferno Boy today and telling him of an indigo I read about some years ago in an old snake book. It mentioned how the female had laid fertile eggs even though she hadn't been with a male for 3 years. This may explain why indigos are willing to mate in October even though the eggs probably aren't being fertilized for another month or two. Sperm storage.
