Do black tailed cribos make good pets?more

I work at prehistoric pets in chino and they seem to always have young black tailed cribos. When I clean there cage they seem to be nervous and very fast. Are they like that when there young only or when adults also. So I just want to know some general info on them and weither or not they make good pets.....might buy one
